Describe and explain briefly your experience in getting your first potential business entity for your UBS project.

The first time we entered Accounting Information System (DAC2183) class, Mr Noreffendy -our lecturer was listing down the task that we were going to do during this semester. The task were : UBS project, UBS mini blogging project and UBS Internal Competition.

For the UBS project, we need to find the company enterprise to acquire the manual transaction for the previous six months data. The data will be converted  manual account to UBS computerized account in the UBS system that we were about to learn in this semester By doing this project, it will increase our understanding and skills about the UBS system.

Before we start our project, we need to get an approval letter of doing this project so that further inconvenience can be evade. So, it takes a week to receive the approval letter from the Faculty Of Business Management and Professional Studies (FBMP).

After receiving the approval letter, we began our task by searching companies that fulfil our specifications and requirements of our project. We searched around Shah Alam areas for the companies. We had been two, three and more companies for our project. Several companies rejected our demand as for the reason that the data were private and confidential. In the end, there is only one company that gives us much cooperation on this project which is Wolfmarine Sdn Bhd at Kelana Jaya. We have been gone through much inquiries and interviews about our project and the company's management at last willing to share their company data with us.

Summing up our project- we believe our hard work and determination to fulfil the task that were given to us had accomplished. Through this hard work, it paid us experiences and sharpen our communication skills. These task portrayed us some of the reality of doing interviews in the future and we can benefit from it.
